Are you insured?

Yes, our liability insurance covers accidental damage whilst we work on your vehicle to insure you have peace of mind while being treated.

How can I pay?

We wish we could do it for free because we love our job that much but we accept cash, banks transfer and pay pal however there may be a tiny charge.

Do you offer a mobile service?

We offer a mobile service on our Valeting services and Protection Detailing, but when performing a detail over several days. We will require a temporary studio space either a double garage or similar when carrying out an Enhancement Detail or Correction Detail. For those who do not have suitable space, we have our car detailing studio based in Nottinghamshire.

Do you Travel?

If it’s easier for you we can accommodate depending on what type of detailing is carried out. Some procedures last several days such as paint detailing and enhancements so we would need to store your vehicle at our facility unit.

What is the difference between valeting and detailing?

Valeting is traditionally used as a low budget cleaning service using cheaper products that doesn’t offer long lasting benefits at all.

Detailing vehicles is really taken care of the vehicle inside and out giving it the works and using quality protecting products to ensure your paintwork looks brand new.

What is the difference between Polish and Wax?

Wax acts as a protector on the top layer of your paintwork causing a barrier from the dirt and dust to the paint but it offers no cleaning cosmetic benefits.

Polish is a moisturiser for paint like moisturiser for your skin, it is a blend of oils that absorbs into the paintwork and breaks down the particles using a machine polisher to bring out any defects or blemishing on your vehicle.

What are the swirl marks on my car?

They look like spider webs embedded into your car, these are damage to your paint and are more likely visible in the sun or under a halogen light. Swirl marks are very common in all vehicles and they are caused usually by poor cleaning techniques from dirt and other dust particles you pick up from driving day to day.

Do you travel further than East Midlands?

Yes, travel cost will be applicable depending on the distance and time taken for the booking.
